Our client based in the Winelands is looking to employ a Logistics/Stock Coordinator to assist them with stock control and export of their products.

Duties Include:

• Coordinate and manage all documentation pertaining to export orders placed, including shipping, customs clearance and certifications
• Executing the shipments relating to export orders to the chosen destinations
• Liaise with importers/clients to confirm receipt of the goods
• Ensure the agreed level of quality control
• Perform monthly reconciliations of all stock on the premises, in storage and on consignment
• Recording of all stock movements on the computer system
• Submission of monthly excise return
• Coordinate and assist with annual audits
