Linzi Kelly and Frances WilliamsAfter many years in HR, Recruitment, Facilitation and Coaching, Linzi Kelly and Frances Williams decided 4 years ago to combine their current consulting skills to offer an additional service to their clients in the form of a specialised and unique Recruitment Intervention.

Cherry Bomb Recruitment is about “relevant recruiting” which translated means that we pride ourselves on our commitment and ability to firstly, fully understand our client’s context and secondly, recruit aligned to that context, ensuring a fit between organization, role and applicant.

Successful recruitment is about value – value for the organization and value for the applicant – and Cherry Bomb achieves this through challenging traditional and outdated ways of managing the recruitment process.

We currently have a large data base of specialized candidates in a wide range of industries. Most of our candidates arrive at us on a referral basis. We prefer to recruit through our network that we have built up over our combined 40 years of business experience.
