Our client based in Southern Suburbs is looking to appoint a Production Manager to manage all production, performance, safety and quality outputs of the production and packaging departments.

Successful candidate will have strong analytical skills as well as problem solving skills

Able to develop relationships and interact with all levels of management and staff

Proven ability to work in a team

Experience in managing staff and teams

Proven technical bakery related skills

Relevant degree or diploma in Production

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a production managerial position

Worked in a HACCP accredited manufacturing/production environment
